Multiple stains in sync
Compare H&E, PAS and IHC side by side with linked navigation.
View, compare and discuss digital slides right in the browser. Built for education, continuing training and peer exchange.
For teaching and research purposes. Not intended for primary diagnosis.
Leica SCN and Olympus VSI including fluorescence, fused into multiple channels right in the viewer.
More scanner formats are being added to the uploader over time.
From uploading a slide to reviewing it together in class. All in the browser, with no extra software.

Multi-channel fluorescence with freely chosen color, brightness and contrast per channel.
Open several slides side by side, zoom in sync and arrange them freely.
Markers, polygons and µm distances. Contributions from guests and other users appear live instantly.
Multiple notes per slide, anchored right on the section and shared across the course.
Six-axis navigation with the 3Dconnexion SpaceMouse, just like at the microscope.
Second opinions via email link with a 6-digit code.
Touch-optimized on tablet and phone, with a magnifier loupe when placing markers and measurements.
Beneath the interface runs an imaging pipeline built for gigapixel slides, multichannel fluorescence and reproducible measurements.
A single slide holds several billion pixels. Each scan is stored as a multi-level tile pyramid, so only the visible region is loaded and even a 20-gigapixel section stays fluid in the browser.
Every channel is kept as its own grayscale pyramid and fused additively in the browser. The platform condenses z-stacks by maximum intensity projection so depth-distributed signals such as FISH spots are preserved.
Distances and areas are calibrated from the scanner resolution in microns per pixel, so they stay reproducible for every viewer.
Embedded ICC profiles are detected and every tile is colour managed to sRGB. Stains appear consistent on any monitor, independent of the scanner used.
A tissue mask identifies the occupied regions of a section, so empty glass areas are skipped during conversion. This lowers storage needs and speeds up loading.
Objective magnification and pixel size are read directly from the scan. When the objective value is missing, the platform derives the magnification and flags it as an estimate in the viewer.
